I say its just like a Candy bar or Cheeseburger You may have your Favorites bt You also sometimes try different types to mix it up. These are a very good bar and I know I will Buy them again. Protein bars are a Great way to get lots of High Quality Carbs and Protein that LASTS and at the same time Generally Improving Your Overall Health in Leaps and Bounds. Anything you can do to be farther along on a Lean Healthy body is Definaly goo and replacing unhealthy Chocolate bars These are a Great Snack bar if your a Bigger person and a Great after workout Bar for Smaller people.
