Scott, who played stripper Sam Kingston in Coronation Street from 2000 to 2002, revealed his unbelievable transformation after only 12 weeks on a rigorous diet and exercise regime.
The 42-year-old, a previous Rear of the Year winner, posed for amazing before and after shots that showcase his weight loss, going from 15 stone to 12 and shrinking his waist by 10 inches.
"I looked terrible before I lost the weight. I was in shocking shape and I had very little energy and completely ashamed of my man boobs and ever expanding waist line," he revealed.

Scott, who was once a personal trainer to the likes of Kerry Katona, confessed that his weight problems first started when he had to gain weight for a film role, saying: "I was only supposed to put on a stone-and-a-half but I totally lost all my discipline and put on two-and-a-half stone.
"In the past, I had always been able to shift the weight quickly, but this time I just could not get it off. I ended up in the worst shape of my life."
The Corrie heart-throbonce famously stripped off in the Rovers Return while a snake slithered over his semi-naked body.
Three months ago he set himself a challenge to get ripped in 12 weeks, showcasing the incredible results, he said: "Now I have got a body to be proud of again, I hope it encourages other guys my age that all is not lost!"

It's not the first time that Scott has bounced back from being out of shape.
In 2013 he unveiled his weight loss transformation from being ashamed of his "man boobs and pot belly" to rippling muscles and toned abs after just a two-month diet and exercise plan.
He also admitted his pitfall was snack food, saying: "Chocolate was my big weakness and I would not think twice about scoffing eight Kit Kat Chunkies in a day."
