And the GC, 38, looked utterly amazing when she documented her latest look on Instagram on Wednesday.
The TV personality showed off her slimmed-down figure in a red dress which was cinched at the waist to accentuate her curves.
Gemma was confident in her good looks after shedding the pounds thanks to 250 slimming injections and exercise.
Twinkling silver embellishments stitched into the ensemble brought a sparkle to her looks while she nailed a sassy pose for the picture.
GC defined her eyes with heavy make-up and she added a pop of pink lipstick as a contrast to her deep berry dress.
The former TOWIE star arranged her golden locks in loose layers framing her pretty face and she added heels.
Her latest Instagram post comes after Gemma celebrated her recent weight loss.
The self-confessed diva claimed she was "desperate" to get her figure back on track after a string of temptations on holiday.
But the GC maintained she felt more determined than ever to stay in shape.
She wrote: "After the numerous temptations on my holiday to Dubai a few weeks back, Ive been desperate to get back on track with my weight ever since!
"Which is why Im back on the @skinnyjab programme and feeling more determined than ever to stay in shape!
"Caroline and the team always knows exactly how to keep me motivated and healthy - I cant thank them enough!"
Gemma has been enjoying the fruition of her romance with James "Arg" Argent.
The on/off couple have just returned from their sun-dripping holiday in Dubai.
