Week 2 + some extra stuff
I wanted to explain why I am tracking my diet and show just some random videos of my day. Just to be clear.. my first week of diet was just stop of eat bread and no more coke + reduce the size of my meals. The second week is keep the same + workouts or walks... REmember that usually after lose some weight, your body needs a boost to keep losing calories... So I am following that. My schedule for walks, videos and machines are in base of my work schedule.. This week I am allowing my body to take breaks for my birthday (friday) and just doing walks or machine for my crazy days like monday (I work usually from 5am to 2pm) and wednesday (I work from 3pm to 12am). Next week I need to force myself a little more in the workouts.
