Here #39;s the recipe: 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 scoop protein powder 1 Tbs chocolate powder (add more if you like darker chocolate) 2 packets truvia 2 Tbs sugar free choco syrup roasted almonds flax seeds coconut How to roast the almonds, flax seeds and coconut: Put foil on a small broiler or cookie sheet in a toaster or conventional oven, add the butter non-stick spray on the foil or bottom of pan, put the mixture of the three evenly on the pan, then spray more non-stick spray over the top of the nuts. Bake for 10 min or until crunchy. (Can take as long as 20 or more -- keep an eye on it.) I set my timer for 5 min at a time and keep checking it.
