And you might ask yourself well, why do I need magnesium, and why is it even something that I #39;m even talking about right now. The reason is that magnesium is one of the most critical nutrients, one of the most critical mimeral, minerals that we need in our systems to take care of things like relaxation of our muscles, brain function, metabolism, and much, much more really.
